#1 Are the top and sides of this countertop microwave stainless as well or are they black?

In the attachment that I received the microwave was all black no stainless steel anywhere

#2 Does the model include a vent fan?

This is a countertop microwave does not have vent to vent out if that is what you are asking.

#3 What color is the digital numbers? Does it have a clock?

The digital numbers are blue and there is a clock

#4 Does it have a light underneath it, and if so, is the light at the front or the back?

Underneath, meaning under the unit itself? No. Light turns on when you open the door of course inside.
