7. Troubleshoong
The following simple issues can be handled by the user. Please call the aer-sale service department
is the issues are not seled.
No power
1. Unit is not plugged in. Check outlet and circuit.
2. Low voltage.
3. Power failure.
Odor
1. Odorous foods should be closely wrapped.
2. Check for any roen food.
3. Clean the interior.
Long-term operaon of
compressor
1. It is normal for the unit to operate for longer
me
during
the hoer days when ambient temperature is higher.
2. Do not put too much food in the unit at one me.
3. Wait for food to cool down before placing them in the unit.
4. Frequent opening of refrigerator door.
The refrigerator door do not
close properly
1. Too much food inside the unit and the door is blocked by
food
packages.
2. Adjust the leveling leg.
Noises
1. Check if unit is leveled.
2. Noise caused by the circulang refrigerant is normal
7.1 NOTES:
The refrigerator may emit heat during operaon, especially in summer, this is caused by
the radiaon of the condenser, and it is a normal phenomenon.
Condensaon: condensaon may be detected on the exterior surface and door seals
when the ambient humidity is high. This is
normal. Simply wipe out the
condensing water with a dry towel.
Buzz: the compressor will buzz during starng up or shung down.
8. TIPS FOR ENERGY SAVING
Try not to open the door too oen, especially when the weather is humid and hot. Once
you open the door, close it as soon as possible.
Check the units venlaon periodically to ensure adequate air circulaon behind the
unit.
In normal temperature condions, please set the thermostat
at the middle seng.
Before loading the appliance with packages of fresh food, make sure they are cooled to
ambient temperature.
Ice and frost layer increase energy consumpon, so clean the appliance as soon as the
layer is 3-5 mm thick.
Keep the rear (condenser) free
of dust and impuries.
The appliance should be located in the coolest area of the room, away from heat
producing appliance or heang ducts and out of direct sunlight.
Overloading the appliance forces the compressor to run longer. Foods that freeze too
