#1 Does it come with instruction manual? I just bought one
and it has no owner's manual in it. And the beater and the
hook looked scratched up.

Yes, it came with a manual. If it is defective in any way (beater
and hook scratched up) contact Amazon, they have great
customer service and they are great at getting items replaced.

#2 Does the standard juicer work with this unit?

I don't know. I don't have the juicer, only the meat grinder.

#3 Does the bowl have a lid?

No, mine did not come with a lid; however I believe that one is
available. I am not positive about that though.

#4 Can someone tell me whether this has got the metal box?

It is my understanding the plastic gear box was replaced
with a metal one several years ago. I’m not certain, but I
read that on the web when researching this. Do your own
research to be certain. If that’s what you
mean by box.

#5 Are they all the same in power and attachments? Because
every color is different price why?

They all have the same attachments and the same power. I
believe the prices are different because some colors are more
in demand than others.

#6 Is the licorice a matte or shiny finish?

I have that colour at home. It is absolutely beautiful imo. It is
more of a matte finish with a slight gloss to it, not as shiny as
the gloss black which I preferred.

#7 Can someone speak to the quality of the beaters and dough
hooks? Reviewers say the coatings chip or oxidize.

Yes, the beater and dough hook will become oxidized, maybe
only if they are cleaned in a dishwasher. And the coating does
chip.
