Gotrax GXL V2 E-Scooter Questions and Answers

#1 Does it have brake lights?

No it does not have brake lights.

#2 Does it feel smooth while you riding on it? Is there any shock
up?

I was actually amazed at how smooth it rides, and how stable!
The air filled tires really do a good job holding on a corner.

#3 How can I get a battery?

I don't know. Because I never replace battery yet after
purchase. It is only two and half month old.

#4 The tires come inflate?

Yes the tires do come inflated. However, if you ride it often you
can get a flat tire.

#5 Is there a trick to folding it and using the clip? When I fold
mine the clip barely engages and while walking with it the
scooter comes apart.

As weird as this sounds, try unscrewing the clip on the fender
and turning it around. we have found that this will work
sometimes if the front hook is either catching too hard or not
enough.

#6 My battery indicates full but i only rode it for 10mins then its
dead. How can i fix it?

Make sure the light on the charger turns green. Ignore the
display on the scooter.
