#1 Is there an ideal height this should be from the range top?

The distance from the hood to cooking surface varies depending on installation, however the minimum required height is 24". Installation height should be measured from the cooking surface to the lowest part of the hood.

#2 I have installed this for a vented hood. My fan is constantly running. I can turn the light and fan on and off, but the fan runs constantly on a low speed and never goes off. Is this normal?

It is normal operating function for this vent hood to run continually if it is vented to recirculate through the home. This model vent hood has the options to be be externally vented or internally vented (recirculated).

#3 Is there a different light cover that allows more light so I can add a brighter light?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any alternate light covers for this model hood. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

#4 Why don't you list if this hood is ADA compliant or not? Why don't you include ADA information on the spec sheet and why don't you have it in the Owner's guide. "Range Hood Connection to Wall Switch" should be called "ADA Instructions"! Make it clear pls.
