Heat may be transferred from the cookware to
the ceramic glass and the areas surrounding the
elements may become hot enough to cause burns.
The Hot Element Message Light will turn ON and
will continue to glow until the glass cooktop
has cooled down to a moderate level. The glass
surface may still be hot and burns may occur if
the glass surface is touched before the indicator
light has turned OFF.
Do not place plastic items such as salt and
pepper shakers, spoon holders or plastic
wrappings on top of the range when it is in
use. These items could melt or ignite. Potholders,
towelsorwoodenspoonscouldcatchreifplaced

The electronic processes involved with Induction
Cooking create some unusual background noises.
These noises are normal and part of the Induction
Cooking process.
Please note that these noises are more noticeable
while cooking at the Power BOOST level. Very loud
noises are not part of normal Induction Cooking.
