#1 Can I use these with a t.v. & does it mute the t.v. speaker when turned on?

Yes and no (at least the way I hooked them up); but you can lower the tv sound as you wish. Makes it easy to boost one person's sound with the headphones while others listen, too, at different volume

#2 How long does the battery last when fully charged

The battery on these headphones last about 8 hrs. per charge.

#3 Does the item have volume control?

Yes, there is a volume control and it works well. In fact, the headphones are very good and I highly recommend them.

#4 head jack?does this product have an alternate headphone jack for those that don't have blutooth?

This is not a Bluetooth device. It is an RF (Radio Frequency) device. The transmitter plugs into an analogue audio output jack on your TV, Receiver or other audio device and transmits an RF signal up to 45 feet to the headphones. Hope this answers your question.

#5 Do the headphones have adjustable sound volumes on them?

Yes, the right earpiece has volume up/down buttons that will control the volume the headset outputs.

#6 Comfortable with Hearing Aides?Are they comfortable wearing with behind the ear hearing aides?

Yes the ear pads are soft and big enough to be comfortable as per my dad
