#1 Will it clean under furniture if there is clearance? I have a sofa with about 6" of clearance underneath and it gets pretty dusty under there.

The height of our 360 S5 robot vacuum is 3.94 inches, so it should could get under your sofa and clean there for you.

#2 The robot says the dust bin is removed after it has been replaced. Won’t recognize it has been replaced.

It doesn’t say when it is back - I have 2 neither say the dust bin is back - pretty sure it will not be run if not back in place.

#3 Can this 360 vacuum be used with 220v? Can the adapter be changed out?

Yes it works with 220v. The adapter comes with several outlet connectors.

#4 Is the mapping saved in app or to robot?

Answer

The map is in the app for you to see and use. I presume it is saved in the robot too as it works without the phone on.

#5 Unable to power on?

Answer

1) When the battery is running low. please place Robot on the charging dock and align it with the charging electrode plates and Robot will power on automatically (when it's completely out of power. Robot needs to be charged for a while before it powers on automatically)

2 Ambient temperature is too low or too high (below 0°C/32°F or above 50°C/120°F). please use this product in temperature ranging from 0°C/32°F to 40°C/104°F.
