Hot zone warning indicator indicates the status of the active zone and it remains lit after the plate is turned off. When the temperature of the plate cools down to a level that it can be touched by hand, warning indicator turns off.
Flickering of the hot zone warning indicator is not a failure.

IMPORTANT: Quick heating glass-ceramic hobs emit a bright light when they are switched on. Do not stare at the bright light.
