Troubleshooting Tips... Before you call for service
Save time and money! Review the charts on the following pages first and you may not need to call for service.

Verify there are no scratches or filter label damage.
Replace filter if filter label shows damage.

Replace filter or make sure the water filter is properly
installed (see water filter section).
Refrigerator does not operate Refrigerator in defrost
cycle.
Wait about 30 minutes for defrost cycle to end.

Motor operates for long periods or cycles

start and stop often to maintain even
temperatures.)

Wait 24 hours for the refrigerator to completely cool

Often occurs when large
amounts of food are
