Neff W544BX0GB Questions and Answers

#1 Can you choose the temperature on the eco setting? It didn’t seem to let me. It’s says in instructions that items that can be washing at 40 or 60 can go in but that would mean only items at 60 which isn’t a normal wash.
Thanks for your query, the cottons eco 40 – 60 degree load works by how much clothing is in the wash load. The smaller the load the lower temp and vise versa.

#2 Is there a spin only function on this machine?
We would advise to set program to rinse/spin/drain. Then if only the spin is required, please then turn off the aqua plus on the control panel.

#3 which symbol is for cold wash and how do you reduce the temperature
The cold wash is not a program, but a temperature that you can select on the programs. On the display where the time is; there is a button for temperature to adjust the temperature of the program to the desired setting including cold wash.

#4 Can you use liquid capsules in this machine
We can confirm capsules can be used, however we would advise that the dispensers in the top left are designed to input the contents at the right part of the cycle for the best results.
