    Cord continues to loose its connection. Is it replaceable or fixable?

    I suspect a loose connection where the power cord attaches to the iron. First of all, remove the temperature knob, then remove the temperature indicator (it's like a little disc). There's a hidden screw under the temperature indicator! Remove that screw.
