    dishwasher panel is showing a LOC code and does not reset; machine does not function

    The LOC code is an indication the controls have been locked. Try pressing and holding the Presoak pad for a full 3 seconds to turn off this feature. If the issue persists, disconnect power to the dishwasher for 2-3 minutes to reset the electronics. If you continue to have difficulty, please call GE Appliances Service by calling 1-800-432-2737.

    How do I open the rinse box on this product?

    The detergent dispenser does not open during washing cycle. We have used pods and Cascade granular.
