    Instructions for self cleaning the oven?

    My oven loses power, while the oven is on, and immediately comes back on. I payed a "Technician" to fix it. He cleaned off the ribbon wire with some rubbing alcohol, took my $150 service charge and said,"This could be the problem or it might be something else" and left.
