    when I open the door it goes about 1/3 of the way down, then I have to push it down the rest of the way? what is wrong?

    Did my first load of dishes today. It went through the cycles, said it was done. I went to open it, everything was still wet like the drying part had never Done its part. I don't see anything in the manual that might help me with this problem. Please help this girl

    My dishwasher doesn’t clean the silverware and doesn’t seem to be putting out any rinse aid. The dishwasher is brand new and the rinse aid is full
