what is the fill rate
This washer uses an advanced fill algorithm enabled by the electronic or rotary-electronic (knob) controls to fill the washer based on time. The supply water pressure must be between 20 PSI - 120 PSI as specified in the washer's Installation Instructions (on page 18 of manual). Be sure your supply water pressure is in this range for correct fill operation.
There is a SOAK option, but I don't know how to select it! HELP
There is not a specific soak cycle that this washer features. The light will light up if you change it to a setting that has a soak cycle, such as washing whites.
How do I select SOAK so that I can SOAK clothes?
The auto soak is approximately 30 minutes and then the washer goes into the cycle. If you want to soak your clothes overnight you would need to start the cycle, add detergent, let it fill and then press the start/pause button. As long as you come back to the unit within 24 hours this will work to soak your clothes. The washer will automatically drain after 24 hours.
WHERE IS THE LINT FILTER
The Fine Mesh filters were removed from under the agitator when it was found that a better pump and larger holes in the hub under the agitator did a better job of removing lint and preventing clogs in the drain system. The drain system allows water to flow through the basket and out the bottom of the tub pulling lint, hair and small particles with the water. There is no maintenance required on this system, so there is not a way to access the pump for cleaning or maintenance.
How do you rinse and spin only
This washer has a Drain & Spin cycle. To select it, simply turn the knob to the correct setting and press Start.
Why does washer twist clothes into ropes regardless how clothes are placed? Then spine light blinks, and machine bangs
Great question. All of our shirts are getting longer because of this machine!
so u would complain ofc!!!
Tangled, twisted or knotted clothes are usually a result of improper sorting of wash loads. To prevent clothing from knotting and twisting: Avoid mixing heavy items with light items. Avoid putting too many or too few items in the washer. Make sure you set the proper water level for the size load you are doing. Never wrap the clothes around the agitator. Be sure your wash water is not too hot for the fabric.
Why does this washer twist all the clothes into ropes regardless of how the clothes are placed in the washer?
