Had microwave 1 month power outlet is working and no power on microwave, cant get power to trouble shoot - there is no lock button, so pushed on serial # inside microwave simultaneously as manual directions suggested to deactivate - can t do that either since nothing, due to no power on microwave 1.1 Our experience some Whirlpool products appliances especially have issues it is ashame, such nice products, but often turns out to be lemons.

How do you remove the light bukb
The cooktop light bulb is located on the underside of the microwave oven, and is replaceable. Remove bulb cover screws, and open the bulb cover. Replace bulb, close bulb cover, and secure with screws.
My display works only from time to time but is mostly off.i miss the clock and the time remaining. Please help.

I am having trouble locating a bulb for the underside light.
What specific type of light bulb is needed for the bottom side of this microwave, to light a range top?
It uses a 40W appliance bulb.

is this model ventless it came with all the pieces for a vented one i cannot use a vented one how do you change it over if it is?

How do you cancel cooking instructions?
Cook top replacement bulb
The cooktop light bulb is located on the underside of the microwave oven, and is replaceable. Remove bulb cover screws, and open the bulb cover. Replace bulb, close bulb cover, and secure with screws.
how do you cancel cook instructions
Tones are not working I have tried the instructions to press 2 and hold for 3 seconds and still not working any suggestions.
My microwave shut down when I was boiling some eggs below. I have tried opening the door and unplugging. There are no lights on the panel.
