    cuff not inflating

    • Make sure that the connector on the cuff tube is plugged all the way into the device.
    • Check to make sure there are no holes in the cuff or connector tube.
    • Secure the cuff on your arm before pressing Start. Press Start, and the cuff should begin to inflate.
    • If the issue continues, please contact customer service.
