When I turn on my vacuum it’s very noisy, when I set it to the second speed it stops working. It’s fully charged no blockage.

  • User Non avatar #103836 Asia9 months ago

    1. The fixing element of the vacuum cleaner is loose, and at this time, it is only necessary to reinforce the element.
    2. The motor fan has fallen off, and the fan hits the casing when it is running. You only need to adjust the motor fan.
    3. The main body of the vacuum cleaner is generally surrounded by a foam silencing layer, so you can check whether it is falling off or missing. If so, use 303 glue again for bonding. If it is damaged, just add another piece.

  • Why has my vacuum become so noisy . The filters are clean and all hoses and tubes are clear.

  • User Non avatar #103835 United States9 months ago

There are two reasons: one is that the fixing element of the vacuum cleaner is loose, and at this time, it is only necessary to reinforce the element. The second is that the motor fan has fallen off, and the fan hits the casing when it is running. You only need to adjust the motor fan.

  • Hi, I was wondering- did anyone ever get an answer to the (6) different questions about their Moosoos being "fully charged" but then not turning on? None of the questions seem to be answered. This is clearly a common problem with the Moosoo. I even contacted Moosoo's 'Customer Service' who made me "take a video of the problem" (??) to send to her (and a bunch of other stuff), who then decided the issue was "100% the motor" (??), And THEN told me there was "nothing they could do to help"....not even tell me where to buy a replacement charging cord.... since I "bought it off of Amazon and not the website".
Did anyone here ever figure out what the problem was with this issue, or how to fix it?
