How wide is the inside?
The internal dimensions of this toaster oven with the rack on the lowest shelf position measure 16.5” wide, 12” deep and 5.5” high.
Is the Bake pan/drip tray left in when making toast?
Yes, the crumb tray of this toaster oven is located directly below the hinge of the door while the door is closed.

What is the setting for baking
I put the timer on 10 and realized that it was too much and while still in function, I wanted to turn the timer lower, but I couldn't. So, which is the button to stop the entire process and eventually to reset the time?
To turn OFF turn the Timer and Toast shade knobs to the O position.
How to stop the oven once it is working?

Why is my timer not working on my NEW toaster oven
I just bought this and the timer is not working
The air fry function does not seem to be working very well anymore. Had this oven for about 6 months, worked great at the beginning, was fast and crispy. Now takes forever to cook. Also seems like the timer dial doesn’t always move, like it’s stuck sometimes and doesn’t tick.
I had this oven since Dec. & only used it about 3x a month and it would not come on today.

I need a manual
Why was there not a direction manual sent with this product. Because of this I bought a black and decker air fryer/convection oven to3265zssd. Without a manual to explain cooking I will be returning this product, and most likely won't buy black and decker again. This really doesn't make sense not to provide one for those who don't know how to install or PDF a manual. Very disappointing for an excited new user.
