    We had to replace our router and after many attempts have been unsuccessful in reconnecting both the washer and dryer to the wi-fi. We used the suggested passwords, our established passwords, and they are all the wrong passwords.
    Any help with be appreciated. Thanks

    My washer indicates the drum needs cleaning. The manual says: "drum cleaner/Add to main detergent dispenser." But what IS the "drum cleaner" that I need to add to the detergent compartment. Is it a particular product? Where do I buy it??
