What are error codes F241 & F247 relating to?
If your oven displays error code F there could be several reasons behind this, you need to require specialist engineers to investigate and resolve this for you.
First, you can turn the oven off by the mains and switch it back on after 30 seconds to see if it clears the fault. The child lock will not turn off
Why does the oven not turn on. You have to mess with the door latch at the top left hand corner to make it work

Take off safe mode by holding two fingers - one on the 'TEMP' display the other on the round 'clock' display - located under where 'SAFE' is showing. Hold both in place until your hear 2 beeps. works better with wet fingers.
Can't disable safe mode...
place two fingers - one on the round clock display, the other on the 'TEMP' display. both located below where 'SAFE' will be showing. Hold both on the displays until you hear 2 beeps. I found it worked better when I wet my fingers.
We did that, it beeped... but the 'safe' hook will not retract and door cannot close.
