The instructions for filter replacement on the PU-P02 are wrong... As #8526 Canada says
press and hold the ON/OFF button for about 6 seconds the lights will cycle and then go off. Not the fan speed button as stated in the filter replacement info.
This action worked for me. the filters are very tight. I needed a bit more traction so, like me, you may need to pull the tabs up with a pair of pliers.

  • I have the same question as the one not answered----
All 4 lights are blinking on and off-- WHY?
I have cleaned unit-- it is only 2 mo old and I changed the filters and they still blink on and off WHY? what do I do?

I have the same question---- all of a sudden all 4 lights are flashing and then unit goes off WHY?? even after unit is cleaned and new filters put in

You have to reset the unit. Turn on so all are blinking, then press and hold on button for about 6 seconds, all lights will cycle on and then off again and only on button will be lit up.
