If you don't have a window to vent it through is there any other way to use it?
It's important that the included installation kit be used as recommended in the user guide for effective cooling. If the window kit isn't installed or is installed incorrectly, the air conditioner won't be able to properly cool the room. My air conditioner is starting to have a smell that is giving me headaches I could t pint point what it was till I noticed the pattern. Is there anything I can do?
The filter is dirty or obstructed by debris. The filter inside the air conditioner gets covered with dust and other small particles over time, causing the filter to become clogged and smell bad. Please check and clean the filter.
I have this Hisense portable window air conditioner and I keep receiving an E5 error code. Please provide me with a recommendation on how to fix this.
If the unit displays error code E5, the water container is full.
