Microwave comes on and turntable works but will not heat up
Please make sure the “Timer” function was not inadvertently used. Check to ensure the door is closed securely. Open the door and close it firmly. This confirms the engagement of the door's safety mechanisms. If you continue to have this issue, we recommend contacting GE service directly.
When the filter reset light comes on what filter is needing to be changed?
The light will illuminate after 6 months notifying you to replace the charcoal filter if needed. If you do not need to replace the grease filter you can just reset the filter by pressing and holding the "Reset Filter" button for 3 seconds.
