    So I started the washer cause I like the soap to be disloved in the water before putting clothes in. My question is why when after starting the washer and letting it fill a little I opened the lid, (which is SUPPOSED to pause the cycle UNTIL YOU RETURN AND SHUT THE LID or just stayed paused regardless how long it takes to shut lid..) after about 10min because I got distracted did the machine drain the water and continues to just sound like it's draining and no lights are lit up and pushing the start/cancel does absolutely nothing! My mother got this POS YESTERDAY! I have NEVER seen some bullshit like this in my life...says right in the manual "IF POWER TO THE WASHER IS LOST, IT WILL RESET TO FACTORY SETTING" it is doing NOTHING BUT MAKING NOISE NOW...THIS IS CRAP....WTF CAN I DO TO FIX THIS PIECE OF SH..T???????

    Why doesn't the water go all the way to the top of the clothes. It only goes half way
