How to override the door lock and unlock the door?
Is there a way to turn off the washer mid-cycle?
The machine turns off and the power button will not light up. It shows the message "est. time remaining" on the screen. Door is locked and if you bang hard on the top of the dryer above it - the power comes on for about a second.
Our washer turned off and the sign said est. time remaining but did not finish the cycle and the door stayed locked. We cleaned the filter and turned off the breaker and somehow it started. It has done this again and if you bang on the top of the dryer above it, the power lights go on for about a second and then turn off. Please tell me what to do.

Machine starts to drain and then stops before machine is empty. Filter is clean and machine is new.
