DOES MY WASHER HAVE A FILTER ON THE DRAIN / GTW460ASJ6WW
No, this washer is designed to flush out any residue during the drain and spin cycle. This unit does not require filter cleaning.

Not draining
Make sure the washer is not trying to drain more than 8 ft. higher than the floor. The maximum height most GE full size washers will pump is 8 feet from the floor. The drain hose goes into a standpipe, drain or other household plumbing. Remove the drain hose and pour a quart of water into the standpipe or drain. If water will not drain, a plumber is recommended.

My washer is not draining
Try to reset the electronics by unpluging the washer, wait 2 minutes. Then plug back in and press Start.
