There is no wire arm on my icemaker. There is a plastic piece that looks like some sort of arm but it doesn't move. The icemaker is not filling with water but water comes through the door so I know its hooked up properly. Please advise ASAP

Yes, the water filter status light will be located on the control panel for this refrigerator.
