    How do I turn on tv without a remote

    I have Sanyo Roku TV, Model FW32R19FC.
    I loose the picture clarity frequently. The clear background is replaced by what appears to be like snow flakes. (ghosting?).
    The picture clarity is lost and looks hazy.
    Please suggest a fix. Thank you
