Hello - my fabric softener compartment keeps filling with water and overflowing to the front of the washer and on the floor during the rinse cycle. I've checked to make sure it's level and it is, so I'm not sure what else could be happening? So much water has run through it I can't imagine any part of it would be clogged. How do I correct this?
Check to make sure that your dispenser is draining properly and it isn't clogged. Clean out the dispenser and softener compartment. Pour a cup of water into the softener compartment quickly until it starts to overflow. It should then siphon the water out and if so that means the unit is definitely clean.
If the dispenser is clean, then you need to replace your cold water electronic water valve, it might be best to contact a professional technician.
Just got it today, tried to wash a load of cloths and my agitator is not working.
To troubleshoot, first check the water level settings to ensure they are appropriate for the load size.
