The door for my front loader LG inverter direct drive 6kg washer/dryer doesn't respond or malfunction. It closes but doesn't engage the lock mechanism to enable me begin the washing cycle
To fix the door that is closed but not locked, turn off the washer, pull the door open and restart the cycle. Then close the door firmly.
