The spin dry side is not spinning. How do I find what's wrong and fix it?

I've had my Kuppet 1040603400#KSP for about 2 years, but now the spin cycle is still working, but it has slowed down significantly. Is there something that I can do to fix it? Richard

I understand how words can get mixed up in translation, but this instruction manual is very hard to follow. It literally gives me a headache to try to read it. It seems like it was written by an infant. Is there an official instruction manual that was translated better?

Just bought one of these and it came with 2 hoses, spin lid, adjutator to place in to the hole on left side of washing side but no sign of a filter net to put in the space next to the spinner. Should this be with it or do I need to but separately. Feel I can't use the machine without it could flood or damage it.

Spin dryer not working in all seems to have everything that works but nothing happens when I turn it on is there a problem solver for it

I have a kuppet washing machine and it is mother spinning at all. All it does is notices like its trying to doing but it doesn't. I have clean every tube and the washing machine but I seem not to find the problem. I can manually spin the washing machine with my hand and it will spin but I have to spin it with my hand every time it stop spinning. I need help in fixing my machine.

What is the water spicket on the right side used for
