How do you unlock it we were moving and it got a lot can I can’t control anything
To unlock the control panel, press and hold the "LOCK" button for 2 seconds.
The hum function has stopped working: it won't show the humidity percentage anymore and won't fill up with water–how do i fix it?
We recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps: unplug the dehumidifier, empty the water tank, and then plug it back in. If the problem persists, please contact Kesnos service directly for further assistance.
