Liectroux C30B Questions & Answers

My device just goes in circles. It worked fine for a month or so, would do nice straight lines on once it mapped the house. Sensors are clean, bumper not stuck. Help!

My device work for one minute and after go off (dead). When i push on button no start. (Start only when i fix to the charger.). Before a week i close the device and push the machine out of charge beacose i go Holiday and when i retern and charge the machine the proplem start.

Is there a general reset button on the device?

Is there an usermanual in Norwegian?

My liectroux c30b does not detect when it reaches it's charging base so it continues moving trying to "find" it's base. How can this be fixed?

How do I program the house map

I have a black and white rug with an overlapping circular pattern. The vacuum gets stuck on it and just goes over and over the same circle. Can I adjust it to stop this happening?

How do I start up the wifi

I pressed the schedule button on the remote control. Now my robot starts every day at a specific time.
How do I cancel this schedule? It’s not listet up in my app under «Timer» where I can set up/cancel planned schedule.
I hope you guys can help me with this as soon as possible, and thank you for a good product so far, unless the schedule button on the remote control :-)

Since a few days the map in smartlife of my liectroux 30b is not visible anymore when the robot has finished cleaning. How to solve this?
