    Trying to use the single serve function. Press the on button and that button AND the Carafe Brew button also lights up. Pressing the Pid Brew button does nothing. That button doesn’t light up. What’s going on?
    can’t get the single serve function to work.

    Full the pod side of the coffee maker with water. It will then let you select size of coffee and brew a k-cup.

    Single serve part of my Cuisinart SS-12 coffee maker doesn't work. I push pod size and nothing shows, I push pod brew and nothing happens, carafe brew light is on, the pod button lights do not come on. I assume there is some setup issue I don't have right, but ... what am I missing or doing wrong. I have it set at auto off.
