    HI, The machine powers up and I have followed the instructions for first time usage, the issues are water is not being reduced from the tank therefore no water being released through the funnel and into the cup,
    Machine seems to go through its start up process ie led lights, flashing icons, goes through its build up process when requested 1or2 cups required and still no water released from the tank and water is still cold although the top of the machine is warm and not over heating, please can you help i haven't had a coffee since I awakened 7-am thanks kind regards sandro..
