How do I process a request for warranty replacement? I purchased this on Amazon in October 2021.
Brand new toaster and lever won’t stay locked in to toast
Did anyone ever get back to you about this? I have same problem.
Our heat setting has to be set at 1.5 on the dial or else it will burn the bread, yet there are 6 settings. How do I adjust it so I can use the other 5 settings?
