Hi, The ON/OFF switch on my Shark HZ2002 vacuum machine is not working, and I would like to see if it can be fixed, but I can't open the housing to access the part on the inside. I would appreciate if you can email me instructions for that? Thank you in advance.
First please try to reset the vacuum by turning off and unplugging it. Let it cool for at least 60 minutes before plugging it back in and turning it on. If this issue persists, please contact the manufacturer directly for further assistance.
To change the Soft Roller, slide the Eject Roller button on the floor nozzle, tap loose debris off the Soft Roller, and use a dry towel to wipe it clean. Does this have the #65 California warning on it in regards to Cancer?
