    Machine not making ice. Even though unit is full of water, "add water" light remains on. I have turned noff for 30 mins and tried restarting, I have unplugged for 30 seconds and tried restarting, still doesn't work. I'm 95% sure that the pump that pumps water from the water basin to the icetrays is not working. How do I get this part?

    the paddle on the right side came off the pin second ice maker to do this I can't get in there to repair it

    Unplug it for a few minutes then turn it back on and turn the the light back on and that should reset it. If that doesn't work check the filter to make sure the line is not stopped up with mineral deposits.

    the ice paddle doesnt stay out straight to scoop ice into the basket.

    Do not hear fan. It says add water but I already put water in.

    The fan could be clogged with dirt and dust. You can try blowing it out and seeing if that makes a difference.

    Ice maker turns on. Makes a lil noise. But does not make ice and the fan does not work on the machine. Why???

    The water just dribbles down the side and does not go into the ice making basket

    Stopped working. Red light for ice being full keeps blinking even though no ice is made. What can I do? It is less than a year old. Please help

    The red lights mean either it needs water, or the ice tray is full, unplug it, do what it says, then back on and the red lights will be off.

    Ice maker fan is not working or throwing ice but it turns on.
