    What is the E9 code and can it be fixed

    • Check the power source and make sure the dehumidifier is plugged into a working outlet.
    • Check the control panel to make sure all the settings are correct.
    • The filter is dirty or obstructed debris. Clean the filter.

    If the dehumidifier error code E9 persists, please contact Hisense customer service.

    Heat is generated during operation, so the room temperature may be increased by about 6ºF 3ºC depending on the usage conditions (indoor temperature size of the room).

    how do i set it to work? bought 2 new of them and have an 1 old one
    The old one fills bucket these 2 are always bone dry? not a drop and there sitting on a wood floor with water underneath
