How does someone clean the filter
Air filter should be cleaned after 3 months use, when it appears dirty or looks like it is blocking airflow. With heater unplugged, remove 4 assembly screws as illustrated below.
Clean all parts of filter assembly. Allow parts to completely dry before reinstalling onto the heater.
Where do you change the filter?
The filter on infrared heater is located inside the heater. To keep your heater running well, you can clean the filter regularly (should be cleaned after 3 months use). With heater unplugged, remove 4 assembly screws. Clean all parts of filter assembly. Allow parts to completely dry before reinstalling onto the heater.
The fan seems to make a squeaking noise and it’s only been used a handful of times. Any idea why it’s happening or how to fix it??

The switch on back will not turn on there is no click or anything like switch is broke

Error code "E2" means defective, damaged or not connected floor sensor. Check connections or replace the sensor if necessary.
