I purchased this unit in November/23. After a power outage the temperature setting unit keeps flashing and the fridge does not cool properly. I cannot get the temperature dial to stop flashing so cannot adjust the temperature. Please advise on how to resolve.
The refrigerator may be facing a reset issue following a power outage. To address the flashing temperature setting and restore proper cooling, try the following steps:
- Unplug the unit and disconnect it for around 30 minutes to reset the internal system, then plug it back in to see if the flashing stops.
- After reconnecting, adjust the temperature dial to see if the flashing ceases, as it might need a manual reset following the outage.
- Ensure the fridge is connected to a working outlet and that the circuit breaker hasn't tripped during the outage.

I purchased this for cottage in May. Worked fine for three weeks and now fridge section does not work while the freezer works fine.
