    I have a problem with this washer. After I press srat button, the fill cycle light is on foe a few seconds, then skip Soak, Wash, Rinse and Spin cycles, the Done cycle light is on. During the fill cycle, the water is filling in and machine is spinning, but only last a few seconds. Could anyone help me withthis? Thanks

    I have model BTW302BMP1WW. It did not finish the drain cycle and it will only click lid lock on/ off. It will not do anything else. It click lock unlock 3 times and skips to done. But clothes are soaking wet and still water in machine. Will not do anything Help!!

    detergents are not fully dissolving. It seems like not enough water goes inside of drum.

    When I set the machine on cold, why does it use hot water? My clothes get wrinkled. It is very annoying.
    I turned off the hot water pipe and the machine did not start.
