    It runs for two weeks, builds up ice in the back and must be turned off and defrosted. It's a constant problem, do you have a solution. we've had it a couple years.

    Our unit keeps forming ice along the back wall when it's running. So, we have to unplug it until the ice melts. How do we alleviate this?

    Will not get cold, temp will not go lower than 85 degrees. This has been going on for the last month and a half. Just got this on for Christmas.

    How do you change the temperature from 64 to 54 degrees. There is no knob, just arrows.

    Hold your finger on the lock symbol near the temp indicator for about five seconds. Once it beeps you can use the up/down arrows to change the temp.
