I SENT YOU A REQUEST FOR INFO YESTERDAY. I DID RECEIVE SOME INFO,BUT I CANCELLED IT BY MISTAKE, COULD YOU RESUBMIT LACK OF COLD AIR.
WE BOUGHT 2 SERENELIFE LAST YEAR. WE LIKED THEM VERY MUCH. WE HAVE NOW INSTALLED THEM FOR THIS COMING SUMMER. WE CANNOT GET COLD AIR, CHECKED THE FILTERS, AND CHECKED THE LIST FOR PROBLEM SOLVING. NO LUCK HOPE YOU CAN HELP US WITH THIS PROBLEM.
Please check if it is on cool mode, clean the filters, and check your settings and all the vents on it. If the issue still persists, please the call seller the unit might be defective.
Exact hose diameter? 6"?
The diameter of the hose is 150mm (5.9").
My unit is displaying code E5, this is not listed in the manual. All troubleshooting thus far has not corrected it and unit is not cooling. What does it mean and how do I fix it?
E5 code means that water needs to be drained from the unit. Try draining the water from the unit. Use a hose and pail.
How do you set the timer?
Press the TIMER key to set timing value.

what does code FL mean?
The FL code means it's full of water. You would only need to drain the water via port in the back and a hose, there’s also an internal reservoir that you can empty.
What does code E5 mean?
