I cannot remove the water filter even though i pressed the "face" really firmly. It seems to be stuck.
Maybe some ice formed when it was released or something was physically broken. Try this first. Run some fresh water through the dispenser. If there is a little ice there, that can defrost it.
If that doesn't help, you may need to try to use a screwdriver to pry out from the flange while pressing the button.Water filter number and cost

How do I reset the freezer temperature to ZERO on this model? The freezer is freezing everything in the refrigerator.
If only items in the back are freezing, they may be blocking the vents and need to be redistributed. If freezing is occurring in the humidity-controlled crisper drawers, the humidity may be on too low and need to be adjusted.

If the panel is locked, you can unlock it by pressing and holding the padlock icon on the bottom left corner for three seconds.
