    Fault code ERR1:

    • Cause: The floor broom blockage
      • Solution: Clear the windings of the floor broom. Ensure that the floor broom and metal extension tube are assembled firmly.
    • Cause: Short circuit of the floor broom
      • Solution: Please go to the designated repair point to replace the floor broom or return it for repair.
