    The heavy screw that holds the handle on falls out while vacuuming. When I replace it, it won't screw in tightly!

    I have the black Deik VCF 1000ul. When we plug it in, the blue light saying it is charged comes on, but it will not turn on. It has been the roller has been thoroughly cleaned and checked for blockages.

    My vacuum will not charge. The blue light goes on for a few minutes and then goes out. Is it the vacuum or the battery source?
