We have the same problem as Brandon Da. Purchased dishwasher in Dec of 2019. Jan of 2022 no power supply, had 3 parts replaced also had electrician to check outlet and breaker. The store we purchased this from reached out to GE rep and was told it is too old (2 years is now too old, that's sad). Store now wants to sell me a new one. What a joke. Why would we purchase another one? It looks to me that there is a problem with the dishwasher model and should have a recall but they want to push the extended warranty. If a dishwasher has to be replaced in 2 years I don't one. Does anyone have a solution to get this fixed?
My dishwasher is exactly two years old. It powers down for no known reason. If I disconnect it from the power supply and plug it back in it will power up. I’ve used both ends of the same outlet and replaced the outlet just in case that was it but it’s still powering off for some unknown reason. I started a cycle this morning after replacing the outlet and it started just fine and ran for about ten minutes before it powered off. I’ve checked the breaker and done everything except replace the power cord. I’m not getting error messages at all it simply powers off.. I’m never home and use it maybe once a week so I don’t think it’s worn out… any suggestions? As of this email, I’ve connected it to a whole other power outlet so maybe that will fix it… any help would be great…
